Groups and Team Building

The same principles of coaching individuals applies to coaching groups or teams: clarifying what is important to the group, where the group wants to go, and then helping the group set achievable goals.  As a Life Coach Jenni's role is to facilitate and support the group in this process.

Jenni also uses the 7 Life Languages™ to help individuals and groups understand themselves and each other, thus increasing communication in the team and therefore its effectiveness and success.
